Our open-air layout is flexible and works well in all venues. A space of approximately 8’ x 8’ is ideal, though we can often adapt the layout to smaller or unconventional floor layouts common in some NYC venues.

How much space does the booth require?

The open-air layout allows for optimization to individual photos and small groups, making it ideal for high-traffic corporate events. Guests can move through quickly without bottlenecks.

How many guests can use the booth at once?

Every corporate booking includes a technician to handle delivery, set up, and breakdown of the photo booth equipment. They also remain on-site for the duration of the event to handle any technical issues that may arise. An attendant can also be added to any activation for handling the guest experience.

Is a technician included?

Guests can instantly receive their photos via text, and all images are delivered in an online gallery after the event for internal use or post-event sharing.

Do you offer digital sharing?

We will always recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak event seasons (Q4 and conference-heavy summer months). Short-notice bookings may be available depending on availability.

How far in advance should we book?

Yes, we are experienced working with NYC venues, loading docks, union rules, and strict event timelines. Set up and breakdown are efficient and coordinated with your event team.

Can you handle tight timelines and venue restrictions?

Yes, generating a Certificates of Insurance is not a problem, we'll need to know your event and venue specifications to meet insurance requirements.

Can you provide COI Forms?

Yes, we offer extended hours, multi-day coverage, additional attendants & technicians, and custom activations for large-scale events.
